With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, he has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing, structuring, and executing several landmark transactions across Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, large Private Equity fundraising, Corporate and Strategy Advisory, contributing meaningfully to the evolution of global capital markets.
Since 2013, Mr. Pratik Jani has advised a wide range of corporates on their strategic and financial priorities, including capital raising, M&A, and complex corporate transactions with Strategic, Value, and FDI / ODI deals, with well-known buy-side and sell-side representations.
His advisory experience also extends to working closely with regulators and policymakers, offering insights on progressive regulatory frameworks aimed at strengthening financial markets and enabling sustainable corporate growth. Under his leadership, COMPAXED has expanded and diversified its service offerings, establishing itself as a trusted partner to mid-sized and large enterprises.
Mr. Pratik Jani holds an Engineering degree and a Master’s degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM Calcutta).
